Defect Description

Par Nado Inc (Par Nado) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Alto F2114 and F1743 travel trailers equipped with certain Dometic PI8022 2-burner LPG cooktops. The aluminum burner tubes that connect to the gas valves may crack and cause a gas leak.

Safety Consequence

A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Owners are advised to not operate cooktop and to turn off the gas supply at the propane tank. The remedy is currently under development. Interim notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed November 24, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Par Nado customer service at 1-418-426-3666. Par Nado's number for this recall is 2025-001.
