Defect Description
Scranton Manufacturing Company, Inc. (New Way) is recalling certain 2025 New Way side and front loader trucks. The manual cylinder valves in the CNG fuel system may develop stress corrosion cracks in the bottom plugged port, causing a leak.
Safety Consequence
A natural gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Agility will replace the valves, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact New Way's customer service at 1-800-831-1858.
