Defect Description
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Open Trail motorhomes equipped with an optional diesel or propane generator. The wiring harness may contain incorrectly sized wires.
Safety Consequence
An undersized wire can overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the wiring harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed February 20, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is WAY-106. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 20, 2026.
