The power train has failed the car won't start the fuses and relays are burning up and the transmission shifts so hard at a jolt almost. The service ecs ecm and service airbag indicator staying lit and the back passenger airbag looks like it's about to deploy it's a safety hazard I love my car I've only had it a year and I don't know what is happening or why.
My vehicle’s make and model have received recalls as stated online, however, my specific VIN does not state any recalls. I am having the same symptoms with the airbags, electrical, and transmission as the recalls stated with my make and model. I believe there should be recalls for my vehicle’s VIN. My check engine light has been on, and it is not shifting the way it should. My airbag warning light also turns on at times.
Nobody has inspected my vehicle. However my rear passenger airbag on the driver's side has malfunctioned and blown out the rear interior panel and the service airbag light is on this just happened 4 days ago and there was no accident to cause it.. my transmission is not functioning properly as of yesterday it has a jolt like jerk when shifting into another gear and doesn't want to go all the way into park. And my speed odometer bottoms to 0 and all electrical equipment fails temporarily while driving I have video proof of this happening. My safety as well as other motorists are at risk if this keeps happening... ATTENTION THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY ACCIDENTS !!! YET.....

The contact owns a 2008 Saturn Aura. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal, the brake lights intermittently failed to illuminate. The brake lights occasionally illuminated without the brake pedal being depressed. The contact stated that the vehicle was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V252000 (Electrical System, Exterior Lighting, Vehicle Speed Control, Electrical Stability Control) and was taken to the dealer and dielectric lubricant was added to the BCM and harness connector and the BAS and harness connector. The contact was unsure if attaching the wiring harness to the BCM with a spacer and relearning the brake pedal home position was performed. The contact stated that the failure started 9 years after the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000.

The contact stated while driving 75 MPH with cruise control activated, the vehicle lost cruise control functionality with the "Service Traction" message displayed. Additionally, the brake lights turned on unintendedly. The contact stated that the brake lights remained illuminated; however, the brake lights would turn off while depressing the brake pedal. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to duplicate the failure. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V252000 (Electrical System, Exterior Lighting, Vehicle Speed Control, Electronic Stability Control). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.

My ABS, traction control service, and ESC service warning lights came on everytime i started my car for about a week and they kept shutting themselves off and on every now and again. Now none of those service lights come across my dashboard and none of my fuses are bad. I found a recall for my car, that applies to my vehicle but its not showing up when i put in my VIN number.
The brake light comes on by itself for no apparent reason it will turn on like you Are braking this could cause and accident it also will slip out of park for no rhyme or reason also which is scary I park on a.hill and luckily I had my wheels turned towards the curb so it didn't move when it happens multiple times

Check engine, ABS, and traction control indicator lights have come on and gone off intermittently, even though the car has received routine services, as indicated -- though prior to that, for many months, the tire pressure indicator light would come on and go off intermittently. As I drove about 25 to 30 mph, the above mentioned control lights came on as I came to a stop, followed by the power steering indicator light (for the first time). Immediately, there was loss of power steering control. With great difficulty, I drove the car about 3 blocks and attempted to park. It took about 15 minutes to parallel park in a large space, with great difficulty. I turned off the engine and let the car sit for about 10 to 15 minutes, then restarted the car, which then seemed to be fine (at least drivable) -- though the check engine and traction control lights remained on. (Still, I was afraid to drive -- thinking the power steering could go out at any time, knowing it could easily result in no control of the car, grave danger, and serious accident. Anyway, with trepidation, I drove the car back home, where it has sat since. I find the host of this car's repairs troublesome and expensive. As for the loss of power steering -- I find this unconscionable.
REPLACED ALL BREAKS, POWER STEERING IS OUT, CHUGS WHEN DRIVING DOWN HIGHWAY AND BLINKER, POWER SEATS AND WINDOWS BLOW FUSE ALL THE TIME. THE BLINKER IS A HAZARD. ONE OWNER PREVIOUS US AND ONLY ONE RECALL WAS DONE
I BOUGHT MY 2008 SATURN AURA XR USED OFF A CAR LOT LAST YEAR AROUND MARCH I STARTED HAVING STARTING ISSUES IN MAY SHORTLY AFTER BUYING THE CAR . THE CONTACT STATED SHE HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE WHILE TRYING TO DIVERT THE VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT STATED AFTER PUMPING THE BRAKE PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES SHE WAS ABLE TO SLOW THE VEHICLE TO A STOP. THE CONTACT STATED SHE SAW SMOKE COMING FROM VENTS ON THE DASHBOARD. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE VEHICLE SAFELY AND SAW FIRE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE AND FILED A REPORT. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES SUSTAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED AS OF YET. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,000.

I TAKE MY VEHICLE AT MARTIN CHEVROLET ON 02/22/2019 FOR THE INCOMPLETE RECALL TO BE FIX AFTER A DAY MY VEHICLE START HAVING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AIR BAG TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT ON TAIL LIGHT NOT WORKING WIPER BLADE STOP WORKING THE CONSEQUENCE THAT ANY OF THE MENTION ISSUES WILL CAUSE FAILURE CONDITIONS INCREASES THE RISK OF FATAL ACCIDENT I WANT ALL THESE ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED.
DOORS TO THE VEHICLE WILL INTERMITTENTLY NOT UNLOCK, EITHER WITH KEY FOB, OR FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE WHEN THE POWER LOCK BUTTON IS DEPRESSED. AT THIS TIME THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK OR OPEN, EVEN WHEN THE LOCK IS MANUALLY PLACED INTO THE UNLOCK POSITION. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD DUE TO THE FACT THAT IN AN EMERGENCY THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR IS UNABLE TO BE OPENED, POSSIBLY CAUSING AN OCCUPANT TO BE TRAPPED. THE REAR DOORS WILL NOT LOCK WITH THE POWER LOCK SWITCH OR KEY FOB. THOSE DOORS ARE ABLE TO BE UNLOCKED MANUALLY. THIS POSES A SECURITY ISSUE AS THE VEHICLE CANNOT BE PROPERLY SECURED. I WOULD LIKE GENERAL MOTORS TO PAY FOR THE NEEDED REPAIRS TO THE DOORS/DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM.

THE TIRE MONITOR AND TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT ARE ON AT ALL TIMES, EVEN AFTER HAVING MY TIRES CHECKED BY A SPECIALIST. THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS WITH THE CAR BEING STATIONARY, IN MOTION, AND ON ALL VARIETIES OF DRIVING. THE PASSENGER AIRBAG GOES ON AND OFF WHEN A PASSENGER IS SEATED AND WEARING A SEATBELT. THIS PROBLEM HAS ONLY BEEN NOTICED WHILE DRIVING FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. THE OVERALL LIGHTS ON MY DASHBOARD WILL DIM, GO COMPLETELY OUT, AND TURN BACK ON AFTER DRIVING FOR A FEW MINUTES. THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS WITH THE CAR IN MOTION AND ON ALL VARIETIES OF DRIVING. THE TRUNK, THAT DOESN'T HAVE EXTERIOR KEY ACCESS, SOMETIMES DOESN'T OPEN AND HAS TO BE ACCESSED FROM THE INTERIOR VIA THE BACKSEATS. THIS PROBLEM HAS ONLY BEEN ATTEMPTED WHILE STATIONARY.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT, DUE TO A FAULT IN THE WIRING HARNESS, THE RADIO WAS UNABLE TO SHUT OFF AND DRAINED THE BATTERY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED THE NUMBER TO NHTSA. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,000.

WHILE DRIVING AND AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 35 MPH AND 55 MPH THE CAR SHUTS OFF LIKE THE IGNITION WAS TURNED OFF AND WHEN PUT IN TO NATURAL WHILE STILL MOVING TRY TO START CAR AND IT WON'T CRANK, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET THE CAR OFF THE ROAD AND STOPPED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 14V224000 (POWER TRAIN) AND 12V460000 (POWER TRAIN); HOWEVER, THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURES RELATED TO THE RECALLS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES TO DETERMINE IF THEY COULD PROVIDE A SOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.

THE FIRST SIGN OF PROBLEMS WAS WHILE DRIVING THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS STARTED LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THEMSELVES. THIS WOULD HAPPEN OFF AND ON WITH IT LOCKING AND UNLOCKING VERY QUICKLY AND REPEATEDLY, CEASING AND THEN STARTING IT AGAIN FORAPPROXIMATELY 2 OR 3 DAYS. THEN IT WOULD STOP ALL TOGETHER FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS MAYBE A WEEK AND THEN REPEAT THE SAME PATTERN. I ALSO NOTICED A COUPLE OF TIMES WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY THE BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD BE ON. I'M NOT SURE IF THEY WENT OFF WHEN I PARKED MY CAR AND GOT OUT FOR THE DAY OR IF THEY JUST SUDDENLY CAME ON WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED. I ONLY NOTICED THIS AROUND 3 OR 4 TIMES. THE MAIN EVENT WHICH BRINGS ME HERE IS I WAS DRIVING DOING AROUND 30 MILES PER HOUR ON A SIDE ROAD WHEN SUDDENLY I COULD NOT CONTROL MY STEERING EASILY. AROUND THE SAME TIME OR SECONDS AFTER MY DASH LIGHTS STARTED GOING CRAZY AND ALL OF THEM FLICKERING OFF AND ON. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO BRAKE MY VEHICLE TO COME TO A STOP BECAUSE IT SCARED ME. I WAS SECONDS FROM MY DESTINATION AND MY HUSBAND WAS WITH ME AND WE DECIDED VERY SLOWLY MAKE IT TO THE BANK PARKING LOT. AS I TURNED MY CAR STARTED ACTING AS IF IT WAS JUST FAILING TO RUN. BRAKES LIGHTS ARE ON CONSTANTLY, EVEN WHEN THE BRAKE IS NOT APPLIED. I TOOK MY CAR TO A SATURN-APPROVED CHEVY DEALER FOR SERVICE AND REFERENCED THE NHTSA RECALL #14V252000 FROM 2014. THE MECHANICS CHECKED THE SCAN DATA AND FOUND THE BRAKE PEDAL LEARNED POSITION DATA WAS ERRACTIC IN THE BODY CONTROL MODULE AND WON'T HOLD THE SETTINGS. THEY CHECKED THE CIRCUITS AND CONNECTIONS (AND SUPPOSEDLY REPERFORMED THE 2014 RECALL REPAIR) BUT CONCLUDED THAT THE FAULT IS IN THE BCM. THEY SUGGESTED REPLACING THE BCM, AT A COST OF $600. I EXPLAINED TO THE MECHANIC THAT I BELIEVE THE FAILING BCM IS DUE TO THE VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS THAT PROMPTED THE RECALL, LEFT THE DEALERSHIP, AND CALLED GM. A SENIOR ADVISOR AT GM EXPLAINED THAT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE APPARENT SAFETY DEFECT BECAUSE THE RECALL DID NOT REQUIRE REPLACEMENT OF THE BCM.

TOOK IT BACK TO GM ELK GROVE DEALERSHIP AND THEY STATED MY CATALIC COVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, MY FUEL TANK, MY AIR MASS FLOW SENSOR REPLACED ALONG WITH INTAKE SHAFT SENSOR AND ANOTHER SENSOR. I FIXED ALL ITEMS. TODAY NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS LATER, MY SERVICE TRACTION LIGHT IS BACK ON, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, AND ENGINE POWER REDUCED WHILE DRIVING ON FREEWAY. SPEED REDUCED AS LOW AS 45MILES PER HOUR AND WHEN YOU COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, CAR SHAKES.

IF THE CAR IS RUNNING THEY STILL DO NOT WORK, JUST THE LED'S IN THE TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY GET BRIGHTER WHEN THE PEDAL IS PRESSED. WE HAVE RECENTLY TAKEN THE AURA TO THE GM DEALER FOR THE BCM RECALL, THEY PUT IN A SPACER AND ADDED DI-ELECTRIC GREASE. IT WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SINCE THE RECALL. ON MAY 4TH I REALIZED THE BRAKE LIGHTS WERE NO LONGER WORKING. ALSO THE POWER LOCKS WORK INTERMITTENTLY ON THE CAR. SOME DAYS THE LOCKS WORK, OTHER DAYS THEY DON'T (VERY ERRATIC).

WHEN I RETURNED HOME YESTERDAY, I LOOKED AT THE FUSE COMPARTMENT AND FOUND ONE BAD FUSE AND ONE MISSING FUSE. THEY JUST CALLED ME BACK SAYING THAT THE "UNDER BUS ELECTRIC CENTER" HAS SHORTED OUT / MALFUNCTIONED? BECAUSE IT'S NOT GETTING ANY POWER TO IT WHEN THEY TESTED IT. AFTER READING ALL THE POSTS ON THE ABOVE WEBSITE, IT APPEARS TO BE THE SAME ISSUE. THE POINT IN FILING A COMPLAINT IS THAT #1) GM IS WELL AWARE OF THE COMPUTER PANEL SHORTING OUT / BEING DEFECTIVE AS THERE ARE MORE THAN A 100 REPORTS. I WENT TO SOMEONE AND THEY SUGGESTED I TRY A FUSE WITH A HIGHER VOLTAGE. THEY PLACED THE FUSE FOR ME AND MY SEAT WORKED FOR A MOMENT AND THEN BLEW THE FUSE. I COULDN'T AFFORD TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALER AND HAVE THEM RUN A DIAGNOSTIC, SO I DECIDED TO DEAL WITH MY SEAT NOT BEING ABLE TO MOVE. A COUPLE MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST INCIDENT, THE BACKSEAT DOOR BEHIND THE DRIVERS SIDE WOULD NOT UNLOCK OR LOCK EVERY TIME BY PRESSING THE UNLOCK BUTTON. THEN, THE DRIVER'S DOOR STOPPED LOCKING AND UNLOCKING. SO EVERY TIME I GET OUT OF MY CAR AND HIT THE BUTTON TO LOCK MY DOORS, I HAVE TO PUSH THE ACTUAL LOCK DOWN ON THE DRIVER'S DOOR, AND THEN I HAVE TO OPEN THE BACK DOOR AND PUSH THAT LOCK DOWN. THE MOST RECENT INCIDENT IS THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADLIGHT AND BLINKER. WHEN MY BLINKER AND HEADLIGHT FIRST WENT OUT I DID NOT THINK MUCH OF IT, SO I REPLACED THE BULBS. A DAY OR TWO LATER, THE BLINKER AND HEADLIGHT WERE OUT AGAIN. I REPLACED THE BULBS A SECOND TIME, BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE JUST BEEN A BAD PRODUCT I BOUGHT. THE BLINKER AND HEADLIGHT WORKED AGAIN AND THEN STOPPED A DAY LATER. SOME MORNINGS I GET LUCKY AND MY DOORS WILL UNLOCK OR LOCK AND SOMETIMES MY BLINKER AND HEADLIGHT WILL WORK, BUT BY THE TIME I GET TO WHERE I AM GOING THEY WILL STOP WORKING AGAIN. THERE IS SOME SORT OF SHORT IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THE CRUISE CONTROL IS RANDOMLY DISABLED, ANY THE BRAKE LIGHTS ARE FUNCTIONING BACKWARDS. I PURCHASED AND 08 AURA ABOUT 1.5 YEARS AGO FOR MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER. OTHER THAN A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS THE CAR WAS FINE. A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO SHE EXPERIENCED A DEAD BATTERY AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE A FRIEND "JUMP START" THE CAR AND AS FOR THE BATTERY, IT HAS BEEN FINE SINCE. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM (TPMS) WAS INOPERATIVE AND WOULD NOT RESET MANUALLY. THESE TPMS, I BELIEVE, CAME ABOUT DUE TO THE INABILITY TO BE ABLE TO VISUALLY SEE THAT A TIRE IS "LOW" WITH TODAYS "RUN FLAT', LOW PROFILE, AND STIFFER SIDEWALL, TIRES AND THAT THE MAJORITY OF DRIVERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHECK TIRE PRESSURE ANYWAY. I WAS THEREFORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS SAFETY AS WELL AS OTHER THAT COULD BE INVOLVED IN A CRASH THAT RESULTED FROM POOR HANDLING OR WORSE, AN OVERHEATED TIRE AND BLOWOUT. I DID SOME SEARCHING AND DISCOVERED THAT GM HAD ISSUED A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN (TSB) EXPLAINING THAT THE TPMS FAILURE WAS DUE TO A "LOW VOLTAGE" INCIDENT THAT CAUSES THE CONTROL MODULE TO LOSE MEMORY. THE FIX, ACCORDING TO THE TSB, WAS TO REPROGRAM THE MODULE WITH UPDATED SOFTWARE. THIS BEING A KNOWN CONDITION AND SAFETY CONCERN, I DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. I CONTACTED GM WHO REFUSED TO COVER THE REPAIR AND I ULTIMATELY PAID ABOUT $60. MY CONCERN IS THAT THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN ON MULTIPLE VEHICLES FROM GM INCLUDING MOST OF THE 08 SATURN LINE AS WELL AS THE PONTIAC G5 AND G6, AND CHEVY COBALT. I ALSO FOUND THAT NHTSA FOUND REASON FOR RECALL ON SOME GM SUV'S A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO DUE TO A PROGRAMMING ERROR ON THE TPMS WHICH IS WHAT THIS IS. AS THESE 08 CARS AGE THEY ARE NOW REACHING THE EXPECTED LIFE OF THEIR BATTERY AND REPLACING THEM WHICH IS CAUSING THE TPMS SYSTEM TO BE INOPERATIVE. BRAKE LIGHTS: ON MY WAY HOME FRIDAY, A CONCERNED CITIZEN HAD ME ROLE DOWN MY WINDOW EN ROUTE TO TELL ME THAT MY BRAKE LIGHTS STAY ON THE ENTIRE TIME I AM DRIVING. AFTER THIS WARNING, I DID SOME INVESTIGATION - SURE ENOUGH, THE LIGHTS ENGAGE WHEN THE BRAKE IS NOT BEING PUSHED. WORSE YET, THE BRAKE LIGHTS GO OFF WHEN THE BRAKE IS PUSHED. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE PERSON WHO ALERTED ME TO THIS. TRUTHFULLY, I AM LUCKY THAT I DID NOT GET REAR-ENDED OR GET A TICKET. I TRULY HOPE THE BRAKE LIGHT ISSUE IS RECALLED BECAUSE IT IS VERY DANGEROUS. CRUISE CONTROL: MY CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. SOMETIMES IT WORKS; SOMETIMES IT ENGAGES THEN RANDOMLY DISENGAGES; SOMETIMES IT JUST PLAIN DOES ENGAGE AT ALL. I CAN LIVE WITHOUT CRUISE CONTROL; HOWEVER, I REALLY DON'T THINK THIS SHOULD BE HAPPENING, AS THE VEHICLE IS NOT THAT OLD AND IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. TRACTION/ESC: OCCASIONALLY, MY DASH WILL DISPLAY A WARNING THAT SAYS "SERVICE TRACTION, SERVICE ESC, ESC OFF." IT DOESN'T DO THIS EVERYDAY. IT JUST DISPLAYS THE WARNING AT RANDOM TIMES - I CANNOT DISTINGUISH A PATTERN. OVERALL, I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH HOW THIS VEHICLE FUNCTIONS. NOT ONLY DOES IT COST ME MONEY TO FIX, IT TAKES TIME OUT OF MY DAY - I GET PAID HOURLY AT MY JOB. WHEN I START THE CAR AND DRIVE OFF, IT IS MY BELIEF BASED ON NORMAL OPERATION OF THESE LOCKS, THAT MY DOORS ARE LOCKED AND PASSENGERS ARE SAFE. THE REALITY IS JUST THE OPPOSITE. NOT ONLY DOES IT BECOME A SAFETY ISSUE AS DESCRIBED, BUT IT ALSO BECOMES AN ISSUE WHEN YOU PARK YOUR CAR, LOCK YOUR DOORS WITH THE REMOTE, AND WALK AWAY WITH CONFIDENCE THAT YOUR CAR IS LOCKED WHEN IN FACT IT IS NOT DUE TO THE FAULTY CHEAP PRODUCT USED IN THIS CAR, AND OTHERS MANUFACTURED BY GM. WHEN I WENT ONLINE TO RESEARCH, I WAS SURPRISED BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON VARIOUS BLOG SITES COMPLAINING OF THE SAME ISSUE. I CONTACTED GM AND THE BEST THEY OFFERED WAS TO REPLACE ALL 4 LOCKS FOR HALF PRICE. THAT IS $500 INSTEAD OF $1000. WHILE I APPRECIATE THEIR OFFER,I KNOW FOR A FACT A REPLACEMENT ACTUATOR COSTS BETWEEN $5 AND $10, AND IT'S NOT ENTIRELY ABOUT THE MONEY. IT'S A MATTER OF RIGHT AND WRONG, SAFE AND NOT SAFE. THIS ISSUE IN MY MIND IS MORE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE THINKING THEY ARE SAFELY LOCKED IN THEIR CAR BY A SYSTEM THAT IS DESIGNED TO DO EXACTLY THAT. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT EITHER. THESE LOCKS ARE STANDARD EQUIPMENT THAT I EXPECT TO WORK AND KEEP ME AND MY FAMILY SAFE MUCH IN THE SAME WAY I EXPECT MY BRAKES TO STOP THE CAR. CAME BACK TO CAR AFTER 2 HOURS AND DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. ARRIVED HOME 20 MINS LATER, IT OPENED. TRIED CLOSING DOOR AND IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. AFTER 4 TRIES, IT FINALLY SHUT AND WAS ABLE TO LOCK CAR. SINCE THEN I HEAR AIR COMING IN THE CAR WHILE DRIVING BUT HAVE CHECKED THE WINDOWS AND THEY WERE ALL UP. ALSO NOTICED STATIC IN RADIO WHILE DRIVING. IT WOULD STOP AND START AGAIN REALLY QUICKLY. A LOT OF STATIC WHEN PLAYING MP3. 3RD INCIDENT (2/19)- SAME OCCURRENCE AS BEFORE. DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN; STARTED WORKING AGAIN AFTER A FEW HOURS. DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK UNTIL AFTER A FEW TRIES. CONTINUED STATIC IN RADIO EVEN AFTER DOOR ISSUE. 4TH & 5TH INCIDENT (3/4 & 3/5) - SAME OCCURRENCE. DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT WORK ALL DAY. 6TH INCIDENT (3/5) - DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN THIS MORNING. 30 MINS LATER IT OPENED. 5 HOURS LATER AFTER TAKING IT TO FIRESTONE TO CHECK OUT PROBLEM, DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. (LOCKED TECHNICIAN INSIDE THE CAR). TECHNICIAN REFERRED ME TO GM DEALERSHIP FOR FURTHER DIAGNOSTICS. HE SUGGESTED IT MIGHT BE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING.
