TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 SUZUKI FORENZA. WHILE EXITING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT REACHED FOR THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE AND IT DETACHED IN ITS ENTIRETY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000.

THE BABY WAS NOT RESTRAINED IN A CHILD SEAT AND HAD THE COVER IN HIS MOUTH. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE COVERS WERE DESIGNED TO POP OFF. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 72,000. UPDATED 12/11/07

I PURCHASED A SUZUKI FORENZA 9/2004. THE MAIN REASON I PURCHASED IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE MPGS. IT WAS SOLD AS 22-28 MPG. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BETTER THAN 17 MPGS UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!!!! THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. IT IS ALSO A 4 CYLINDER. THE DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED, AND STATED THAT THEY ARE GETTING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS. THEY STATED THE GOVERNMENT FIXES THESE MPG'S-DOESN'T THAT MEAN THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MEET THESE GUIDELINES. WITH GAS PRICES WHAT THEY ARE, THIS CAR IS NO LINGER FUEL ECONOMIC. *AK
