The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who determined that the power sliding door motor, cable, and door lock actuators needed to be replaced. The dealer had to zip-tie the power sliding doors to keep the doors closed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. I was pulling my 2011 Toyota Siena into a parking space. My foot was on the brake and the car was going about 5 mph. The car made a slight sound, along with a perceptible yet small physical shift, and (while my foot was on the brake) independently accelerated with tremendous force. It was like it was ignited. The car hit a concrete pole and was totaled. The acceleration over-rode the brake. No one was hurt. The concrete pole averted what could have been a catastrophic accident, had we hit pedestrians, or had we rear ended a car or truck on the freeway. The brakes failed as the car jumped into independent acceleration. My safety and the safety of my passenger were both at risk. As I said, in a different situation, we might have hit pedestrians, or gone through the wall of the grocery store and hit customers. The concrete pole saved us and others. The mechanic at the service center where the car was towed said it was impossible to discern if there had been a failure in the system of the car - though clearly both my passenger and myself experienced that failure in the car's ability to override an independent, forceful acceleration not caused by the driver. There was no warning of any kind. On the Edmunds site, there are many, many testimonials by other drivers of the Toyota Siena of similar, frightening experiences of independent acceleration. It is terribly dangerous and should be investigated. If there is not a recall on this vehicle, there should be. This is a potentially catastrophic defect.

The contact stated while parked on a slight hill, her granddaughter opened the power sliding door to enter the vehicle however, the door did not latch or lock in place, causing the door to close independently while her granddaughter was entering the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer but was previously repaired under a Toyota Customer Support Program where two hinges for the power sliding door were replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

I have a Toyota Sienna 2011 XLE for 4 years and both doors stops randomly when opening and closing. My daughter was stuck in the car at least 10 times. She afraid to use the car because she repeatedly in danger of falling, the beep sound comes and the door stops suddenly. I used to drove my car leaving my door open once, because the door stuck and I couldn’t realize till I drove. I was lucky, my door didn't hit anyone or any car in the parking lot. The people were looking at my car with scary eyes. Obviously, It creates a safety risk for my family and the people around me. Because a lot of people have the same door problem, I informed Toyota. They responded, they have an extended coverage for the Power Sliding Door Cable Sub-Assembly but it’s expired on 09/16/2021. They know the problem and solved it temporarily without informing the owners and now they said, it’s over, you need to pay it. I am not asking for my seat covers replaced. It’s definitely a security issue, a suddenly stuck door can harm/kill passengers and people around. Toyota knows the problem but refuses to solve it. I don’t want to drive this car with knowing the risk of hurting anyone especially my 6 years old daughter. It’s so shame one of the biggest companies of the world produces risky cars and they continue to sell them with knowing. They shouldn’t risk the people in United States easily like that.

Safety issue: can't open gas door, can't open sliding door Gas door cover on the driver's side will not completely latch (faulty hinge issue? ) which prevents the sliding door from opening. Sliding door has issues in moving back and forth. Apparently there was a recall for this issue and I was never notified. When I researched the issue, I found that there was a recall but because my recall is just out of the 10 year time frame, Toyota states they won't pay for the repair of the faulty mechanism and that I have to pay for it out of pocket. Considering there has been a pandemic for the since March 2020, it's hard to believe that they wouldn't honor the repair when I called about it in December. I made a phone complaint to Toyota at the end of December 2021 and no one has returned my call.

THE PASSENGER SIDE AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR CABLE BECAME FRAYED TO THE POINT THAT THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN EITHER AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE AS CHILDREN CAN GET TRAPPED IN THE VAN AND BE UNABLE TO EXIT IN AN ACCIDENT. A QUICK SEARCH ONLINE SHOWS THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE TOYOTA SIENNA VAN. THE FIX IS VERY EXPENSIVE: THE PART ALONE IS $800 AND IT REQUIRES 5-6 HOURS OF LABOR. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL ISSUE.

FUEL DOOR HINGE BROKE BECAUSE THE FUEL DOOR PIN HAS SO MUCH TENSION THAT IT BROKE THE HINGE. THIS CAUSED A SAFETY ISSUE BECAUSE THE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED FROM THE INSIDE IF IT IS NOT CLOSED ALL THEY WAY OR PUSHED CLOSED ENOUGH FOR THE SENSOR TO ALLOW THE SLIDING DOOR TO OPEN. THIS EVENT WAS REPORTED PAST THE 36 MONTH WARRANTY, (AT 40 MONTHS, BUT LESS THAN THE MILEAGE WARRANTY), BUT HAD BEGUN BEFORE THE WARRANTY HAD ENDED. CURRENT OWNERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT IF THERE ARE INSTANCES BEGINNING OF THE DOOR NOT BEING ABLE TO BE OPENED, SHOULD CHECK THE HINGE AND PIN TENSION AND HAVE IT FIXED WHILE IT COULD BE UNDER WARRANTY. THIS SHOULD BE AN ITEM COVERED UNDER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY DUE TO THE SAFETY ISSUE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO EXIT THE VEHICLE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. TAKATA RECALL. I RECEIVED NOTICE IN LATE JULY 2016 ABOUT THE TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL FOR MY VEHICLE. DUE TO TRAVEL, IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I COULD TAKE IT IN TO THE DEALER. I WAS OFFERED A TOYOTA CAMRY AS A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE, BUT I REQUESTED FROM TOYOTA USA, AND RECEIVED, AUTHORIZATION TO RENT A MINIVAN THROUGH ENTERPRISE. I PICKED UP THAT VEHICLE MID AUGUST 2016. IN NOVEMBER 2016 I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT MY VAN ALSO HAD A SLIDING DOOR RECALL. I INITIALLY STORED MY VEHICLE AT THE DEALERSHIP, BUT WAS TOLD TO MOVE IT TO MY HOME IN LATE DECEMBER 2016. IT IS NOW LATE JUNE 2017 AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING ABOUT EITHER OF THESE RECALLS. THE SAFERCARS.GOV WEBSITE SAYS THERE IS NO REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR EITHER RECALL YET. ALMOST 11 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THE AIRBAG RECALL, AND 7 MONTHS ON THE SLIDING DOOR RECALL. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAITING TIME. YES, I HAVE A RENTAL CAR AVAILABLE TO ME, FOR WHICH I'M GRATEFUL, BUT IN THE MEANTIME MY OWN CAR IS SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY, UNDRIVEN, AND BASICALLY ROTTING. DEC OF 16 MY PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR'S CABLE BROKE ABOUT 12 INCHES FROM THE END OF THE BACK WINDOW. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS HAPPENED, MY SON OPENED THE DOOR AND IT JUST POPPED. IN JANUARY 17 WE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE ON THE SLIDING DOORS, STATING A MECHANICAL ISSUE. WHEN I CALLED IN MARCH TO HAVE THE RECALL ADDRESSED I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WEREN'T IN YET. ON APRIL 28, 17 MY DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR'S CABLE SNAPPED AFTER THE DOOR FROZE PARTIALLY OPEN. THIS TIME THE CABLE SNAPPED FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND A BEARING CAME OUT OF SOMEWHERE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO TOYOTA SERVICE CENTER. I WAS TOLD THAT THE DOOR CABLES AND DOOR MOTOR IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS DOOR RECALL. AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN GIVEN PARTS FOR THIS RECALL AS OF YET.THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE SAFETY ISSUE OF THESE CABLE SNAPPING SHOULD BE A CONCERN. I HAD MY 5 YEAR OLD NEXT TO ME WHEN THE 2ND ONE WENT AND IT JUST MISSED HER FACE. THE RECALL NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROPERLY, SHOULD INCLUDE ALL THE EFFECTED PARTS OF THE DOOR CABLES MOTOR FUSES LATCHES COMPUTER COMPONENTS AND ANYTHING THE SERVICE CREW CONNECT TO THE ISSUE.THE SAFETY RISK OF THE DOOR NOT LATCHING PROPERLY IS THE DOOR MAY OPEN WHEN VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, INCREASING RISK OR INJURY OF VEHICLE OCCUPANTS. I WENT TO MY TOYOTA DEALER AND THE SERVICE MANAGER FILED A COMPLAINT WITH REGIONAL TOYOTA IN CHICAGO. THEY TOLD MY DEALER TO DROP HIS PRICE FROM $3,600. TO $2,600. AND THEY PAID $1,500. OF IT. I HAD TO PAY THE REST. $1,100. PLUS TAX. BEEN BACK TO DEALER 4TIMES SINCE FOR THE DOORS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAD TO PAY $244. TO REPLACE THE LEFT DOOR BEARING. RIGHT ONE IS GOING, BUT STILL WORKING. HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 3 TIMES TO HAVE THE DEALER MANUALLY UNLOCKED THE REAR LOCK THAT HOLDS THE DOOR IN. I'M NOT USING THE LEFT DOOR NOW DURING THE WINTER BECAUSE I CAN'T BE SURE THE DOOR WILL CLOSE.

WAS ASKED TO STOP USING MY PASSENGER FRONT SEAT MANY MONTHS AGO AND STILL THERE IS NO REPAIR FOR THIS PROBLEM. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT THE POWER SLIDING DOORS SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH THE POWER ASSIST, THEY ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE MANUALLY. THIS VEHICLE IS NOW VIRTUALLY USELESS. MY WIFE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE THE POWER DOORS HAVE TO BE OPERATED MANUALLY AND NO ONE CAN SIT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE AIR CONDITIONER HOUSING IS LEAKING WATER ONTO SAFETY-CRITICAL PARTS. THIS HOUSING IS MADE OF PLASTIC PARTS THAT ARE GLUED TOGETHER. WATER IS CONDENSED DURING THE COOLING CYCLE, AND IT THEN COLLECTS AT THE BOTTOM AND EXITS THE VEHICLE THROUGH A RUBBER HOSE. THE GLUE HOLDING THE HOUSING TOGETHER HAS FAILED. WATER IS LEAKING FROM THE HOUSING AND RUNNING ONTO THE COMPUTER MODULE THAT DEPLOYS THE AIRBAGS. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THE DEALER THAT IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITH A WET MODULE BECAUSE THE AIRBAGS CAN DEPLOY WHILE MOVING, OR THAT THEY MIGHT NOT DEPLOY IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION. THE 16 PAGE REPORT ORDERED BY TOYOTA THRU' A 3RD PARTY CLEARLY SHOWED THAT THE CAR WENT FROM 1.2 MPH TO 31.5 MPH, ENGINE RPM WENT FROM 800 TO 4800 RPM IN 4.2 SECS. I CHECKED WITH A REPUTABLE AUTO MECHANIC. HE COMMENTED THAT NO ONE CAN MANUALLY RAMP THE ENGINE RPM TO 4800 RPM. IT IS CLEARLY AN ISSUE WITH TOYOTA'S ELECTRONIC SYSTEM. SIENNA PARKED INSIDE GARAGE. GARAGE DOOR WAS OPEN. I SLAMMED THE TRUNK DOOR TO CLOSE IT. MY 10 YEAR OLD SON COMPLAINED WHY I SLAMMED DOOR; I COULD HAVE CLOSED IT GENTLY. DURING THE TEST DRIVE AND INSPECTION OF 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA VAN THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR SLIDING DOOR WOULD CLOSE WITHOUT TOUCHING THE BUTTON OR HANDLE. THE DEALER (REP) TOLD ME THAT HE HAD PRESSED THE CLOSE BUTTON TOO MANY TIMES AND THAT'S WHY IT SHUT DURING THE INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE. AFTER TAKING THE VEHICLE HOME THE DRIVER'S REAR SLIDING DOOR SHUT ON ME WHILE I WAS GETTING A SMALL CHILD OUT OF A CAR SEAT-I DID NOT TOUCH THE BUTTON OR DOOR HANDLE. AFTER THE SAME THING HAPPENED 4-5 MORE TIME I TOOK THE 2011 SIENNA VAN BACK TO THE DEALER AND TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. THE DEALER REPLACED THE MOTORS IN BOTH SLIDING DOORS. THE PROBLEMS HAS CONTINUED AND AFTER RESEARCH HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS A COMMON COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SLIDING DOORS ON THE SIENNA VANS. THE OPENING SEQUENCE OF POWER SLIDING DOORS ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS VEHICLE IS OUT-OF-SEQUENCE WHEN OPENED WITH THE DOOR HANDLE. WHEN USING DOOR HANDLE, THERE IS A LOUND NOISE WHEN DOOR FIRST OPEN, IT CAUSED BY THE MECHANICAL LATCH WERE NOT COMPLETLY OPEN BEFORE THE DOOR WAS PULLED BY DORR'S MOTOR. APPROXIMATELY 25% OF ATTEMPTS TO OPEN THE SIDE DOORS USING THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES TO ACTIVATE THE POWER SLIDE MECHANISM FAIL. THE FAILURE RESULTS IN THE DOORS ONLY OPENING ABOUT SIX INCHES, THEN STOPPING IN PLACE WHILE AN AUDIBLE ALARM SOUNDS. THE GAP IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR AN ADULT OR CHILD TO PUT ARM THROUGH THE GAP. ROOF RACK DETACHMENT ON HIGHWAY: WE HAVE THE TOYOTA SIENNA OEM ROOF RACK CROSS BARS INSTALLED WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, BUT NEVER HAD ACTUALLY ATTACHED ANYTHING TO THE CROSS BARS. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, WE HEARD A BANG, LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND SAW MY CROSS BAR IN THE ROAD. IMMEDIATELY, PULLED OVER AND CONFIRMED THAT THE CROSS BAR HAD IN FACT DETACHED FROM OUR CAR AND FELL IN THE ROAD BEHIND US. THE REMAINING CROSS BAR WAS STILL ON, BUT WAS COCKED AND THE TIGHTENING MECHANISM WAS LOOSE. OUR CONCERN: THE SPECIAL INSTALLATION PRACTICE HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME BY THE PARTS MANAGER. APPARENTLY, THIS NEW CLAMP DESIGN REQUIRES THE USER ASSURE PERPENDICULAR ALIGNMENT OF THE LOWER CLAMP PLATE TO THE ROOF RACK, OTHERWISE WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE SCREW YOU CAN GET A FALSE TIGHT SENSE, WHEN THE PLATE IS COCKED AND NOT TRUE. SO, I SEE MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS DESIGN: (1) TOO MUCH RELIANCE ON FOLLOWING PROPER INSTALLATION TO ASSURE PRODUCT IS SAFELY SECURED. (2) HOW TIGHT IS TIGHT ON THE SCREW? NO INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED? (3) EXCESSIVE RELIANCE ON THE OWNER TO CHECK THIS PART FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR - SERVICE MANAGER SAYS THIS MUST BE INTERMITTENTLY TIGHTENED BY THE OWNER? WHERE IS THIS IN THE SERVICE MANUAL? (4) IT ALSO APPEARS THAT TOYOTA MAY HAVE INTRODUCED THIS "EASY TO REMOVE" DESIGN TO APPEAL TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHICH COMPLAINED ON HOW LONG IT TAKES TO REMOVE THE EARLIER MODEL ROOF RACKS (<2011), BUT IN TURN HAVE COMPROMISED ON QUALITY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SAFETY. THE VAN CURRENTLY HAS 20000 MILES. DEALER BLAMED CUSTOMER FOR PROBLEM AS THE CAR WAS "TOO DUSTY". DEALER IS GOING TO ATTEMPT TO FIX UNDER WARRANTY BUT WARNED CUSTOMER IF THE VAN IS CONTINUALLY DRIVEN ON GRAVEL ROADS THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO WASH THE CAR AFTER EVERY DUSTY TRIP TO ENSURE THE DOORS DO NOT FAIL AGAIN. THE PASSENGER POWER DOOR IS NOW STARTING TO FAIL. IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO CUSTOMER THAT CAR CANNOT BE DRIVEN ON GRAVEL OR DUSTY ROADS. PURCHASED OUR NEW 2011 SIENNA XLE AWD IN JULY 2010, FROM KOONS TOYOTA IN WESTMINSTER, MD. IN EARLY SEPTEMBER 2011, MY WIFE COMPLAINED OF A BAD ODOR IN THE VAN. ON 09/10/11 I COMBED THROUGH THE VAN, THINKING THAT ONE OF OUR CHILDREN HAD SPILLED OR DROPPED SOMETHING THAT WAS CAUSING THE SMELL. INSTEAD, I FOUND THAT THE FLOOR OF THE VAN, UNDER THE CARPETS, WAS SOAKED THROUGHOUT. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE DEALER, AND THEY PICKED UP THE VAN ON 09/12/2011. THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEALER'S SERVICE ADVISOR, WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WORSE HAD BEEN IMMEDIATELY APPARENT: WATER WAS ACTUALLY POOLING UNDER THE CARPETS. HE ALSO SAID THEIR MECHANICS HAD SPEND ALL DAY ON THE PROBLEM AND HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO DETERMINE HOW THE WATER HAD SEEPED INTO THE CAR, AND THAT THE NEXT STEP WAS FOR A TOYOTA REGIONAL SPECIALIST TO LOOK AT THE VAN, THAT WEEK. A FEW DAYS LATER, THAT HAPPENED, BUT THAT TECHNICIAN, TOO, WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. AS A RESULT, THE DEALER ESSENTIALLY SAID IT WAS MY PROBLEM. I THEN CALLED TOYOTA USA HQ AND, TOO, MY INSURANCE COMPANY (USAA); WITH THE FORMER, I INITIATED A CASE/COMPLAINT, WITH THE LATTER, A COMPREHENSIVE CLAIM. ON SEPTEMBER 22, I SENT TOYOTA HQ A CERTIFIED LETTER WHICH, 1) REQUESTED THAT THE COMPANY REPLACE OR BUY BACK OUR VAN, AND 2) GAVE NOTICE THAT I WAS FILING A LEMON LAW COMPLAINT WITH THE MARYLAND ATTORNEY GENERAL'S CONSUMER PROTECTION AFFAIRS OFFICE. IN THE MEANTIME, MY COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERED THE WATER REMEDIATION EFFORT OF CARPET AND MATERIALS REPLACEMENT, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FACT THAT THE SOURCE OF THE WATER INTRUSION WAS NEVER DIAGNOSED. AFTER ARRIVING HOME WITH MY 2 KIDS YESTERDAY, WE WERE GETTING OUT OF THE VEHICLE (2011 TOYOTA SIENNA XLE)- MY 2 1/2YR OLD DAUGHTER WAS GETTING OUT OF THE PASSENGER SIDE POWER DOOR WHILE I WAS ABOUT TO GET MY 3 MONTH OLD SON OUT OF THE DRIVER SIDE POWER DOOR. MY 2 1/2YR OLD DAUGHTER PUSHED THE POWER DOOR BUTTON TO CLOSE HER DOOR AFTER GETTING OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS HOLDING ONTO THE VAN TO GAIN HER GROUND, AT WHICH TIME THE POWER SLIDING DOOR CLOSED ENTIRELY ON HER RIGHT HAND! MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER GOT HER LEG CAUGHT IN THE BACK PART OF THE SLIDING DOOR OF A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. SHE WAS INSIDE THE CAR. THE DOOR WAS OPENED. HER LEG FELL INTO THE SPACE WHILE THE DOOR WAS OPENING. THE DOOR OPENED AS FAR AS IT COULD AND CONSTRICTED HER LEG. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON OPENING THE PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR HE HEARD A LOUD POPPING NOISE. HE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE SLIDING DOOR WAS ALSO MAKING THE SAME NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A DEALER WHO INFORMED HIM THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT REPAIR FOR IT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 8,000.

WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST MINIVAN - A TOYOTA SIENNA XLE 2011- BARELY TWO WEEKS AGO FROM TOYOTA LAUREL, MD. THE SECOND DAY, THE STEERING STARTED TO CREAK WHEN MAKING TURNS. NOW, THE TRUNK DOOR HAS STOPPED WORKING AND THE LOCAL NEW JERSEY DEALERSHIP DCH TOYOTA IS TELLING US IT HAS BEEN "BENT". THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT OR REPLACE THE VEHICLE AND ARE TELLING US OUR INSURANCE COMPANY NEEDS TO PAY TO FIX IT. THE DOOR IS NOT DAMAGED OR DENTED/DINGED IN ANY WAY. IT'S PERFECTLY FINE, EXCEPT IT DOESN'T CLOSE ANYMORE WITH THE REMOTE CLOSING/OPENING BUTTONS. WE BELIEVE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ELECTRONICS, OR THAT THE DOOR WAS NOT CORRECTLY PUT IN WHEN THE CAR WAS BEING MANUFACTURED. WE HAVE OWNED A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA FOR 1.5 WEEKS. YESTERDAY OUR 3 YEAR OLD'S HAND BECAME STUCK IN THE SLIDING DOOR. HE HAD JUST EXITED THE CAR AND HIS HAND WAS IN THE PATH OF THE DOOR AS IT WAS SLIDING CLOSED. THE DOOR DID NOT RETRACT. IT CLOSED TIGHTLY AND A MINUTE OR SO PASSED BEFORE THE DOOR WAS ABLE TO BE OPENED. WE TOOK HIM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. NO BREAK WAS EVIDENT ON THE X RAYS BUT THE DOCTOR SAID AN EXAM BY AN ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR NEXT WEEK, AFTER THE SWELLING HAS SUBSIDED, WILL CONFIRM WHETHER THERE IS A BREAK OR FRACTURE. THE ER DOCTOR PUT A FIBERGLASS CAST ON HIS ARM AND TOLD US TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR AFTER THE WEEKEND. *TR
