The vehicle failed to restart and was towed to the dealer on two occasions. The dealer diagnosed that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced; however, the fuel pump part #770200C170 was on backorder. The dealer reprogrammed the fuel pump system twice as temporary repairs; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle stalled. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact was unable to pull over to the side of the road. The vehicle failed to restart and was towed to the residence, where it was diagnosed by a mobile mechanic.
