THE FRONT BRAKE LEVER MUST BE PUMPED FOR FULL EFFECTIVENESS PRIOR TO STOPPING. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE, AND OCCURS EVERY TIME THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
