The recall for the driver's airbag was announced in late January. I received notice in February and a remedy is still not available. I've not been able to drive my car for 6 months. I do not think 6+ months is a "timely manner" and would like to file a formal complaint against VW.

Airbags may explode causing death or injury. No remedy for at least one year and no stop drive authorized or communicated from Volkswagen due to the severity of the recall.
