DT: CALLER CAN NOT OPEN DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. SHE HAS TO USE THE HANDLE ON THE INSIDE OF ALL THE DOORS EXCEPT THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR. DEALER SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF THIS. MANUFACTURER SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP HER.*AK
